Classical Piano Instructors
- Pawel Skrzypek - 1999-present
- Founder
and Artistic Director of Gold Country Piano Institute. In addition, he
also directs one of Poland’s leading piano courses, the Warsaw Piano
Workshop held every August at the Frederic Chopin School of Music.
Skrzypek’s students regularly win top prizes at many piano competitions.
- Lee Kum-Sing - 2001, 2002, 2004-present
- Sought
after internationally as a teacher, Professor Lee has been conducting
master classes and has been on faculties of summer schools in Holland,
Poland, France, Belgium, Italy, USA and Canada. Many of his students
are now actively concertizing and recording and have been frequent
prize winners in numerous major national and international competitions.

Zofia Antes - 2002 and 2005 to Present - Adjunct Instructor (2001 Performer)
- "Zofia Antes participated in many piano competitions. Three times
she was the winner of prestigious All-Polish Fr. Chopin Art
Scholarship Piano Competition, organized annually by the Fr. Chopin
Society in Warsaw. The last time she won the First Prize."
- Emilio del Rasario - 2004 & 2005
- A
brilliant pianist and distinguished teacher, Emilio del Rosario has
given master classes for several teachers' associations in the United
States and Japan, and has been on the faculty of the Young Keyboard
Artists' Piano Institute in Michigan, the Peabody Music School in
Baltimore and the University of Maryland.

- 18 enthusiastic and talented students join together in Nevada City, California for Gold Country Piano Institute's 6th year.
- Andrew Wilde
- During
the 2004-05 season, with the great Hungarian violinist Vilmos
Szabadi, he will give a cycle of the Beethoven Violin Sonatas.
The tour will include the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, England and the Spring Festival in Budapest.

- 17 enthusiastic and talented students join together in Nevada City, California for Gold Country Piano Institute's 5th year.
- Mark Anderson & Tamriko Siprashvili
- Mark Anderson and Tamriko
Siprashvili gave their first recital as a duo in January 1994.
They have since appeared as a duo throughout the United States, Europe
and in Tamriko's native Georgia.

Two by Four
- The Piano Four Hand team of Paul Perry
and Ken Hardin have performed frequently
for
Music in the Mountains Festival concerts,
Desert Foothills MusicFest
in Arizona, and Music on the Divide. The duo is actively involved in
educational performances throughout Arizona and California. They have
released the self-titled "Two By Four" which features live concert
recordings of some of their most exciting repertoire.

Hubert Salwarowski
- Distinguished young artist Hubert Salwarowski was born in Opole,
Poland in 1978 and at seven began his piano studies.

Rachel Naomi Kudo
- Born
in Washington, D.C., Rachel Naomi Kudo began her piano studies at age
three. A performer for GCPI in 2001, but did not attend the course. In
2004 Rachel is a Gold Country Piano Institute participant.
- Chetan Tierra
- Born
and raised in Santa Cruz, California, Chetan Tierra began piano lessons
with his father at age four. A performer for GCPI in 2001, but did not
attend the course. In 2004 Chetan is a Gold Country Piano Institute
participant.
