I live in Brea, California, I just turned 14 years
old on May 11th, and I have a 17-year-old brother who USED TO play the
violin.
My parents are somewhat musical. My dad can play the
guitar a little and can play the harmonica really well. My mom doesn't
know how to play an instrument, but it surprises me how she can page
turn for me and sometimes help me with my piano.
I started
playing the piano at age 6, but I don’t play any instruments other than
piano. My favorite composers are Ravel, Chopin, and Schumann.
The visual arts interest me, and I love to draw. My dad is an oriental painter so I am exposed to artwork every day.
I enjoy reading fiction, science fiction, and fantasy books. I also like biographies.
I
enjoy playing any kind of sports, especially swimming. I’ve been on a
competitive swim team for as long as I have played the piano.
I
LOVE ice-cream. Any cake/cookie with chocolate will please my taste
buds. I also like lemons or other sour foods, California rolls, Korean
cuisine, and pasta.
